SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
* Michael Jon Designs sells only first quality goods.
* All Michael Jon Designs fabrics are pre-inspected for flaws prior to shipping.
* Fabric orders are Non-Refundable unless damaged during shipping or incorrect merchandise sent.
* If fabric orders are damaged during shipping, please call or email Customer Service immediately for replacement.
* Since fabric is Non-Refundable, we strongly suggest requesting a Free Sample prior to placing your fabric order to confirm that your selection meets your criteria.
* Slight variations in color and texture are characteristics of the fabric and are not considered flaws.
* Please inspect your order or have your workroom inspect your order before cutting into it. No returns are accepted for yardage cut or used in any way.
* Minimum order is 1 yard. After 1 yard, we cut in increments of ½ yards.
* Up to 5 samples per order ship free within the contiguous U.S to registered users of michaeljondesigns.com (sample sizes vary depending on pattern).
* Samples shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska will ship USPS Priority flat rate of $5.95.
* Fabric orders under $100.00 ship UPS ground for a flat rate of $12.00 within the contiguous U.S.
* Fabric orders over $100.00 ship UPS ground FREE, within the contiguous U.S.
* Fabric orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska will ship standard UPS rates.
* Expedited fabric orders (3rd Day, 2rd Day or Overnight) will ship standard UPS rate.
* Fabric orders of 3 yards or less will ship folded in a box unless requested otherwise. All other orders ship rolled on a tube in a shipping bag.
